New Classes for 2009!
BACKYARD BOOTCAMP This
program is designed for anyone who has the psychological stamina to
keep the workout within their means (beginners to advance level exercisers),
and will include a dynamic cardio warm up with the use of bodyweight
movements and equipment such as kettle bells, sandbags, and jump ropes
etc.
