will be several General Programs during
the 2007-2008 year at the DCA. They will be
held in the
DCA Garden Wing during the week. Tickets are required
for all General Programs and can be obtained
in the DCA office prior to the event. Admission
is free for all DCA members.
Guest fee $10.00 for non - DCA members.

Ken Reiss
"The Pageant of Darien"
March 31st, 2010

Ken Reiss, former president of the Darien Historical
Society, will provide the fascinating background of
the Pageant of Darien. The Pageant was a theatrical
re-enactment of the founding of Darien. This took
place during the summer of 1913 on the Goodwives Rive
and involved over 200 costumed players, and a veritable
"who's who" of Darien's historical families.
